Reactivate B1 level knowledge to prepare for the analysis and argumentation work specific to B2:
- Consolidation of narrative tenses: imperfect, passé composé, pluperfect.
- Review of argumentative structures: in my opinion, it seems to me that, in reality, however, on the other hand.
- Introduction / reminder of complex structures:
- subjunctive mood (appreciation, necessity)
- reported speech (distancing, nuance)
- conditional sentences (types 1–2).
- Vocabulary: opinion, society, culture, international current affairs.

- Diagnostic assessment: brief presentation (2 min) on a topic of your choice to assess grammatical accuracy and discourse coherence.
- Guided debate: express a point of view, nuance, rephrase.
- Document analysis: identify thesis, arguments, implicit stakes in a short article or audiovisual extract.
- Language workshop: active revision of the subjunctive mood and logical connectors.
Cultural Project
Analysis of an authentic document (press, report, column) to work on:
- argumentative structure,
- taking a position,
- vocabulary enrichment in contemporary French-speaking context.

- Identify the internal articulations of a text.
- Rephrase to gain precision and avoid approximations.
Preparation for DELF B2
- Oral production: defend a structured point of view.
- Understanding of lengthy documents, with implicit content.
- Written production: short synthesis and guided argumentation.
