1. General Information
The Test de Connaissance du Français (TCF) Canada is an official French language proficiency test, designed and administered by France Éducation International.
The TCF Canada is available at more than 700 accredited centres in over 130 countries, including the Alliance Française de Kunming.

4. TCF Canada Test Components
The total duration of the exam is approximately 2 hours 22 minutes when all four components are taken.

5. Test Materials
As with the main international language tests, the TCF Canada can be retaken as many times as needed. There is no limit on the number of attempts.
For the paper version, candidates simply need to bring a ballpoint pen. All other materials are provided by the examination centre.
6. Tips for Preparing Well for TCF Canada
It is recommended to start preparation several weeks before the session, in order to manage time effectively and work on all four skill areas.
Register well in advance; check dates and fees; prepare ID photos; bring a valid identity document on the day of the test.
