Discover French step by step – Level A1
Level A1 provides the foundations for communication in French through simple everyday situations. In line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), it enables you to acquire essential skills that can be quickly put into practice both orally and in writing.
Each unit covers a concrete theme – greeting, introducing yourself, asking a price, talking about the weather, etc. – with activities suited to absolute beginners.
Objective: speak French from the very first hours, with clarity, confidence and enjoyment.

At the end of level A1:
The learner can introduce themselves, interact in simple everyday situations (shopping, directions, restaurant) and understand practical information (timetables, prices, weather, etc.). They can write short messages and complete forms.
