
Perfecting French Proficiency – Level C1
Level C1 corresponds to excellent command of the language. In accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), it enables you to express yourself spontaneously, fluently and with nuance, including on abstract, complex or specialised subjects.
Each unit aims to refine lexical and grammatical precision, strengthen analytical, argumentative and synthesis skills, and develop effective communication in demanding contexts – academic, professional or cultural.
Objective: to achieve rich, subtle and rigorous expression in order to interact with ease and relevance in all situations.

By the end of level C1:
The learner is able to understand long and demanding texts, express themselves in a fluent, structured and nuanced manner on complex subjects, adapt their register according to context, participate in sustained exchanges with precision and analyse cultural, scientific or social content in a critical manner.
